Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your duenor account and all of your data at any time using any of the methods below.

Method 1 — In the App

Open the Duenor mobile app → Settings → My Account → Delete Account.

Method 2 — Web Platform

Go to app.duenor.com → Profile → Delete Account.

Method 3 — By Email

Send an "Account Deletion Request" to destek@duenor.com from your registered email address.

What Gets Deleted & When

• Active data is deleted within 30 days,
• Backups are deleted within 90 days,
• Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices under the Turkish Commercial Code) are retained for the legally required period (up to 10 years).
