At duenor ("we") we care about the security of your personal data. This notice explains how we process your personal data as data controller, in line with applicable data protection law (Türkiye's KVKK and equivalent regulations).
Your personal data is processed by duenor as data controller within the scope described below. Contact: kvkk@duenor.com (Bursa, Türkiye).
Your data is processed based on the establishment/performance of a contract, our legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.
Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary to provide the service, with authorities and our infrastructure/service providers (e.g. email and server services) in compliance with applicable law.
Your data is kept for the period required by law or by the purpose of processing; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing and request remedy of damages. Send your requests to kvkk@duenor.com.

You can revoke permissions at any time — Android: Settings → Apps → Duenor → Permissions; iOS: Settings → Duenor.
Each provider is bound by data-protection-compliant agreements.
You may delete your account and all of your data at any time:
After a request, active data is deleted within 30 days and backups within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices under the Turkish Commercial Code) are retained for the legally required period (up to 10 years).
duenor is intended for users aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 may not use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if such data is identified, it is deleted promptly.
We may update this notice from time to time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
