These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the duenor services ("Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Service Description

duenor is a cloud-based accounting and business management system with industry-specific modules for SMEs. The scope and features may be updated from time to time.

2. Account & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
• You agree to use the Service in line with applicable law and these Terms.

3. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed at their respective fees. Fees and plan scopes are listed on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.

4. Trial Period

New signups get a 14-day free Enterprise trial. After the trial, the account continues on your chosen plan or moves to the free plan.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design and trademark rights related to the Service belong to duenor. The data of your business belongs to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. We take reasonable measures to back up your data regularly.

7. Termination

You may end your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of a breach of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction over disputes.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful content or transactions,
• distribute spam or malware,
• infringe the rights of third parties,
• compromise the security or integrity of the system,
• access the Service through unauthorized automated means (bots, scraping),
• sell, share or transfer your account,
• engage in tax evasion or issue fraudulent invoices,
• harm other users.

12. Force Majeure

duenor is not liable for issues arising from events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, internet or infrastructure outages, and decisions of competent authorities.
